Welcome to my blog, I’m just a Kansas City girl with a dream to see the world!  I am a travel enthusiast, who considers herself lucky to call Kansas City home.  Kansas City has all the midwest values of a close knit community that supports local businesses, with a big city vibe.  Kansas City is a thriving city with so much to do and see, and it continues to grow and grow while still maintaining the commitment to supporting small businesses and a neighborly mentality.

That and so much more is why I love Kansas City.  As someone who grew up in a locally owned family business I love shopping small and finding new local treasures, and I want to share that passion with you!  So follow me as I explore KC and go on adventures to find great small businesses and fun things to do in Kansas City!

Id also love for you to join me on my journey to travel the world! When traveling I enjoy everything from thrill seeking activities, to finding the best beaches to relax and read a good book.  I also have a knack for finding the best places to eat and take in the local culture. I have Ritz Carlton tastes on a Holiday Inn budget, luckily I have budget savvy travel skills Id like to share with you.  As I fulfill my travel dreams I want to help others do the same with tips and tricks I learn along the way!

As a photographer I am passionate about landscape and travel photography and will be documenting all my experiences locally and aboard.  I hope to transport you to the places I am photographing.
